Paul Patino, Risk Manager
Allow me to introduce myself as the Executive Vice President of Risk Management at CDS Insurance Services. I come to CDS Insurance Services with over 20 years of experience in the Loss Control field. I ran my own Safety Company, Team-One Safety Services, for 15 years. I worked as the Vice President of Loss Control with a local small safety firm for five years. I spent eight years as the Fleet and Operations Safety Manager for one of the largest non-profit organizations in California, The Los Angeles Conservation Corps. I have also earned a certificate in Social Service & Mental Health from Pierce College, Washington State.
I am extremely proud of my military background, serving with the US Army’s elite First Special Forces Group (Airborne), as a Communications Specialist, Combat Medic, and Airborne Paratrooper. I also served during Operations “Just Cause” and “Desert Storm.” I earned honorary Airborne paratrooper badge from South Korea, and participated in major co-branch military exercises in Korea, Okinawa – Japan, and Thailand.
I am looking forward to bringing past experiences, expertise, enhanced skills, and the highest level of industry standards to assist our clients in becoming the safest companies possible.
